I want to share from my notes before I joined Free Your Voice, which I wrote after I sang with Anna in a clip that came in my mail inbox. I saw a vision of myself standing on stage. I was happy with that picture and felt a powerful energy flow. It was so nice to sing! Why not take the course and gain new energy, strength and courage? Why go the long way and solve it myself, when there is already a way?
I don´t know what would have happened if I had continued as before, with a tight larynx, my voice becoming tired and hoarse. Maybe I had just given up and put aside my dream to sing…
Now my voice vibrates like never before, healthy, elastic and relaxed. I am really so GRATEFUL that I get to be with all of you in this group on this amazing journey. Thank you Anna for this beautiful space that you have created together with Joakim. God bless you both!

🙏💗🌈⭐🌸🦋🎶 I think this course gives so much in amazingly many ways. For example I had intense pain in my right arm from the neck and all the way down to my hand from 30 years of drawing and painting. Thanks to the yoga techniques and breathing exercises in Annas´ Free Your Voice I am almost completely free from pain. I found a series of throat opening exercises called Throat Lotus Kriya that gave me amazing help. More than naprapaths, osteopaths and physio therapists did. I am sure you will find what supports you too! 🙏⭐🌈🌸🦋🎶💚💖

Ever since I was a child I have had the idea that I can´t sing. The idea that every time I sing a note it is out of tune and sounds bad. So I joined FYV to work with my speaking voice and deepen it, since I work with teaching.
Today when I entered module number 6 where you sing the Complete Adi mantra. I started to sing a bit hesitant but there was definitely notes that came out of sincerity and strength. Was that my voice? Was that me making this sound? A sound that was completely ok? This was so overwhelming I started to cry liberating tears of freedom from a very limiting idea of who I am. That my voice, even if I am not technically superskilled, is complete and carries the sound perfectly fine. Thank you Anna and FYV that has made this possible 💖

I have started Free your Voice with Anna Elwing a year ago, and have practiced with conviction💪, and an open-heart💜. I couldn't know that, a bit more than 12 months after, I would start my own radio program, realizing on of my dream i.e using my voice to touch people !
The podcast deals about music, ecofeminism, and spreads the voices of women so that they won't be forgotten, so that they can nourish us, our soul, our will, our becoming !
